These terms govern your use of this website and nothing else. In particular:

• Client work - every project runs on its own written agreement, offer or statement of work. Where that document differs from this page, that document wins.
• Nothing here is an offer - descriptions of services, case studies and articles are information, not a binding proposal. A commitment exists once both sides sign one.
• No advice - articles on this site are general information, not consulting, legal or tax advice for your situation.

You are welcome to read, quote with attribution and share what you find here. You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• disrupt the service, for example through automated load or denial-of-service attempts;
• harvest the content in bulk for republication or for training purposes without our written consent;
• use the contact form or the newsletter for unsolicited advertising or unlawful content.

We may block access where any of the above happens.

• Our material - the design, texts, illustrations and the Aleksium name and logo belong to us and may not be reused as your own.
• Quoting - short quotations with a link back to the source are fine and appreciated.
• Code samples - snippets published in our articles may be used in your own projects without restriction and without attribution.
• Third-party names - Odoo and other product names belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

Anything you send through the contact form stays yours. We use it to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal, nothing else.

Please do not send confidential material through the form: it is a public web form, not a secure channel. If a project needs confidentiality, ask us for an NDA first and we will arrange one.

By submitting the form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share them.

This website is provided as it is. We maintain and update it, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or free of interruption, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Availability commitments for systems we build and run for clients are set out in the relevant agreement, not here.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of this website, including decisions taken on the basis of the information published here.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for harm to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Polish or EU law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

This site links to external resources such as documentation and product pages. We do not control them and take no responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices. Following such a link is at your own discretion.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you act as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring a dispute before the courts competent for you. For business users, disputes are heard by the court competent for our registered seat.

If a provision turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
